Tips for Registration:
1. Focus wishes to bless our pastor's wives by offering complementary membership if your husband is a full-time minister. There will be a place to note that below.
2. Please use upper and lower case characters for your information.
If only one parent, please put NA for the field other than your first name.
3. Your registration will not be complete until you have mailed in your payment to the address sent to you after registering. You may also bring your payment to Mom's Night Out on August 27th, 2024.
